Rep John Nygren does not support marijuana reform under any conditions!

I will save you the trouble of reading his whole interview entitled 89th Assembly District: Election Q&A with Republican John Nygren of Marinette. Link here if you really care, otherwise here is the marijuana part of his candidate profile question and answer:

Would you support changing state law to legalize marijuana and/or cannabis products? If so, under what conditions? If not, why?

I do not support legalizing marijuana under any conditions. Marijuana is a mind-altering substance which should be approached with caution and I believe we need to know more about the long-term effects of marijuana use before legalizing it.

Add this guy is the one in charge of the HOPE agenda to tackle opioid abuse, has this guy just not read about harm reduction or is there something else going on… Just watch, by the end of 2019 he will be using the words support medical marijuana followed by some other Republican spin. He will do this to collect votes.
