Romaine Quinn representing Wisconsin’s 75th Assembly District and Majority Caucus Vice-Chair had a question about marijuana for the constituents of his district in the Spring of 2019. Many GOP Assembly Reps had this “Spring Survey” on their websites and I received one in the mail from my representative.
