Is there any cannabis related legislation you have sponsored, co-sponsored, or publicly supported? Would you like to provide a brief statement about your stance on cannabis reform?
I was a coauthor of 2025 AB 747, which you reference below, as well as 2025 AB 1061, a legalization bill. My campaign has taken a strong pro-legalization position in our “Weed for Speed” package; a plan to pay for rural broadband with cannabis revenue.

Between Michigan’s (10%) and Minnesota’s (15%); certainly less than Illinois’s. I propose using this revenue on state infrastructure, starting with our unfinished rural broadband project.
