The 39th Assembly district of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Located in central Wisconsin, the district comprises all of Green Lake and Marquette counties, along with much of western Fond du Lac County and parts of northeast Columbia County, southeast Winnebago County, and eastern Adams County. It includes the cities of Berlin, Green Lake, Markesan, Montello, Princeton, and Ripon. The district also contains Fox River National Wildlife Refuge, Summerton Bog, Ripon College and the historic Little White Schoolhouse in Ripon—the birthplace of the Republican Party. This is the district I live and work in.
Mike Skivington took me up on my offer to talk hemp and cannabis. He came to my store in Ripon, Heritage Hemp Farm, on Thursday August 20th, 2026 and we spoke for over an hour about current landscape of hemp, cannabis and marijuana in Wisconsin. I felt like he listened, I felt like he cared. I feel like you should highly consider supporting his campaign for State Assembly. I feel like the time I spent with Mike helped him gain powerful insight into the Wisconsin hemp industry and current landscape of the federal hemp derived cannabinoid (HDC) market.
