  1. Rick Gundrum ran unopposed in 2020, let’s not let that happen again!

Governor Evers’ first budget proposal would also establish an expungement procedure for people convicted of possessing, manufacturing or distributing less than 26 grams of marijuana who have completed their sentences. Republicans who control the legislature would have to approve the budget items. State Rep. Rick Gundrum (R-Slinger) says he’ll vote against the measure. “Unless it’s proven otherwise, I think it opens up the door to legalize it for recreational marijuana and I am definitely opposed to that,” Gundrum says.

Gundrum (R) is an author of Assembly Bill 440 to increase penalties for Butane Hash Oil (BHO) mfg, sale and use. He is also a member of the Assembly Committee on Substance Abuse and Prevention which will oversee this bill and held a public hearing on Sept 30th.

Gundrun has bowed out of the forum. No reason giving, his office is send a legislative aide instead.

If you want to call or email Rep. Rick Gundrum (R – Slinger) office and let them know your displeasure with this legislator, Telephone: (608) 264-8486 or Email:
