‘The Insiders’ discuss Wisconsin tribes’ push to legalize medical marijuana
The WisOpinion Insiders, Chvala and Jensen, take a look at the Wisconsin’s Native American tribe’s recent push to provide medical marijuana. Sponsored by the Wisconsin Counties Association and the Tommy G. Thompson Center on Public Leadership.
I wrote an article about the potential 2025-26 State Senate line up with emphasis on the Senators that are not even up for election and I urge you to read it also.
The Assembly election is going to be much different than the Senate in my honest opinion than what these gentleman think and said in the interview.
So if the projections are true and the “experts” say 48 seats to the Democrats and 48 seats to the Republicans. My math has that being 50/50 split on 96 out of 99 seats.
That leaves three seats that will decide the control of the Assembly in Wisconsin for the next two years.
Refresh your browser and behold, the key to flipping the Assembly and removing Vos as leader is right here, in these three districts in which it seems the Republicans are not the greatest cannabis supporters in these 3 districts and well, the Democrats are all very strong on the issue of cannabis reform.
It is true if the projections are right, that a blue vote in these three districts will turn the Assembly green and we send Vos to the minority.
Top three competitive districts right now in Wisconsin Assembly Races for 2024.
All three Democrats support ending prohibition of cannabis in Wisconsin.
